4.1.1 Assembling safety equipment
e.g. pressure gauge T 53 625:
1. Remove plastic cap
1)
from high pressure outlet (7/16 UNF
connector) of the pressure reducer. This outlet is
marked "HP".
2. Check O-ring on pressure gauge hose. Clean or replace if
necessary.
3. Remove protective cap. Screw in pressure gauge hose and
tighten. Wrench size 16 mm, torque 5 to 10 Nm.
1) First use the outlet sealed with the plastic cap; if occupied or if
there is none: Use an outlet with screw plug (Allen key, wrench
size 4 mm).
