4.1.2 Fitting medium-pressure hose
1. Remove plastic cap
1)
from medium-pressure outlet.
2. Check O-ring on medium-pressure hose. Clean or replace
if necessary.
3. Screw in medium-pressure hose and tighten, wrench size
14 mm, torque 5 to 10 Nm.
4.1.3 Changing/mounting medium-pressure hose to
lung demand valve
Separate medium-pressure hose (1) from lung demand
valve or mount it with open-ended wrench (wrench size
17). To do this, counterhold with an open-ended wrench
(wrench size 22) at the black spanner flat of the connector
(2) at the lung demand valve.
NOTICE
If the connector is not secured against twisting, the inside of
the lung demand valve may be damaged.
1) First use the outlet sealed with the plastic cap; if occupied or if
there is none: Use an outlet with screw plug (Allen key, wrench
size 4 mm).
