Self-test of the pneumatic system
when starting the X-act 7000 or
before a measurement was not suc-
cessful; the pump was not able to
achieve the normal mass flow on
time due to a blockage in the gas
path;
make sure that the gas outlet is
not sealed (e.g. by fingers, con-
tamination)

Tube to be measured is intact

cessful; the tip of the MicroTube
was damaged before measurement

all tips have been broken
