If the Drash Heater motor does not start and there's no ignition, first, ensure the heater is properly connected to a 120V, 60Hz grounded power supply. Then, verify the heater control is correctly set. If you're using a thermostat, ensure the selected temperature is higher than the current room temperature. If issues persist, the thermostat or control device may be defective and require replacement.
