Check in Panel Sections [851] and [992] to verify a valid IP address is programmed. If not, contact your network administrator.

  If all the LEDs on your DSC Security System are off, it typically indicates a power issue. Check your power connections to both the Control Panel and the Communicator module. Also, make sure the PC-LINK cable is properly attached. If you have a TL265 and it's in Power Save Mode, note that only the yellow trouble LED will function; check the AC source to the Control Panel. Alternatively, the Control Panel may be in keypad blanking; press any key on the keypad to remove blanking momentarily.
