Rimontaggio tenditori cinghie
distribuzione
Inserire il tenditore (21) nel cilindro
testa verticale.
Inserire la rosetta (23) ed avvitare la
vite (22) di fissaggio tenditore senza
serrarla.
Inserire ed avvitare la vite (24) di
posizionamento senza serrarla.
Eseguire le stesse operazioni per il
tenditore cinghia orizzontale.
Posizionare l’albero motore in modo
che il cilindro orizzontale abbia il
pistone al punto morto superiore in
fase di scoppio. Ciò si ottiene
allineando il segno di fase (A) della
puleggia (8) del rinvio distribuzione
con la tacca di riferimento (B) sul
coperchio frizione.
Reassembling the timing belt
tensioners
Install the tensioner (21) to the
vertical head cylinder.
Insert the washer (23) and snug the
tensioner retaining screw (22) finger-
tight. Do not tighten the screw yet.
Screw the locating screw (24). Do not
tighten.
Repeat procedure for the horizontal
belt tensioner.
Rotate the crankshaft until bringing
the piston of the horizontal cylinder at
TDC during the combustion stroke.
This is indicated by the mark (A) on
the timing layshaft belt roller (8)
aligning with the mark (B) on the
clutch cover.
