7. Emergency power supply
The emergency power supply is activated in the event of a failure of the main power
supply. Various functions are automatically deactivated in this respect to reduce the
required power. The following stay active:
• Long flush and short flush (the buttons stay lit up orange in emergency power
supply mode).
All other functions are deactivated.
8. Battery replacement
The actuator plate A2 can be used for a short time in battery mode, for example in the
event of a power failure. The backup battery should be replaced after approx.
1.5 years or after longer power outages.
DANGER
Contact with electricity can lead to an electric shock.
> Do NOT use the product if it is not working properly or the cables are damaged.
Disconnect the power supply immediately. Contact help@duravit.com.
> Always disconnect the mains voltage BEFORE removing the actuator plate and also
when changing the battery.

> Loosen the plate carefully with the
suction cups supplied.
