● [MENU] key:
Press and hold the [MENU] key for 2 seconds to enter menu list.
● [MODE/TSQ] key:
Modulation:
Short press the [MODE] key to choose mode FM-AM-USB-LSB-PA.
“CTCSS/DCS” function:
1.- Press and hold the [MODE] key for 2 seconds to enter “CTCSS/DCS” function, LCD displays
“CTCSS” or “DCS”.
2.- Press the [CH] knob to set “CTCSS/DCS”, turn the [CH] knob to select “CTCSS” tone or
“DCS” code desired, then press the [CH] knob to store the parameter and exit.
OFF: Turn off the “CTCSS/DCS” signaling.
CTCSS: 67.0 ~ 250.3Hz, total 38 groups.
DCS: D023N ~ D754N, total 104 groups.
Note:
- This function is available only when install the optional “CTCSS/DCS” board.
● [DW/+10K] key:
Dual-Watch function:
1.- Short press the [DW] key to turn on dual watch function, LCD displays “DW”.
2.- Short press the [DW] key again or press the [PTT] to exit dual-watch function.
+10 kHz:
1.- Press and hold the [DW] key for 2 seconds to turn on frequency +10 kHz function, LCD
displays “10K”.
2.- Press and hold the [DW] key for 2 seconds again to turn off frequency +10 kHz function.
● [RB/BEEP] key:
“RB” function:
1.- Short press the [RB] key to turn on “RB” function, LCD displays “RB”.
2.- Press the [CH] knob to select “RB” frequency function, turn the [CH] knob to select:
OFF~5, total 6 groups.
OFF: Turn off the “RB” function.
3.- Press the [CH] knob to store the parameter and exit.
“BEEP” function:
1.- Press and hold the [RB] key for 2 seconds to enter “beep” function, LCD displays “RB”.
2.- Press and hold the [RB] key for 2 seconds again to turn off this function.
● [NB/HCUT] key:
“NB” function:
1.- Short press the [NB] key to turn on “NB” function, LCD displays “NB”.
2.- Short press the [NB] key again to turn off “NB” function.
