6. Drill the locations for the horn posts using
a 5/64" (2mm) drill bit.
7. Slide the control horn into the holes
from the bottom of the aileron. Apply a
few drops of thin CA to the posts from the
top of the aileron. Slide the control horn
backplate into position, making sure the
horn is solidly secured. Apply a couple drops
of thin CA where the posts protrude through
the backplate.
