Why is my Eagle AVI not opening?

  If your Eagle Gate Opener is not opening, several factors could be at play. First, the motor's thermal breaker might have tripped; allow the motor to cool before trying again, especially if the gate is too heavy. Second, the radio receiver may have malfunctioned, remaining in the “OFF” position. Third, ensure the operator power switch is ON and the main circuit breaker is reset if the green “Power” LED is off. Lastly, a blown fuse could be the culprit; inspect and replace it with a fuse of the same amperage.

Why is my Eagle Gate Opener not closing?

  If your Eagle Gate Opener is not closing, there could be several reasons. The radio receiver or remote control may have malfunctioned in the “ON” position. Check input/output connections for a short circuit if one or more of the global input LEDs remain active. If the gate has re-opened due to encountering an obstruction while closing, only the #3 “Key” input will resume normal operation. If the loop detector LED is on, reset the loop detector, verify correct loop wiring, and try setting the loop detector to a different frequency or changing its sensitivity. Also, ensure that Switch #4 is in the “ON” position to enable the CLOSE TIMER function.
