6.1 MENU SYSTEM NAVIGATION
To get to the ME N U , use the " Esc " key fro m any page. It m a y need
to be pressed m an y ti m es before getting to the m enu page. The
c urrently selected m enu is displayed as a flashing word. N avigate
to the m enu required by using the + /- keys. W hen the m enu
required is flashing , press the E N TE R key. D epending on the m enu
selected, there m a y be a list of choices presented. U se the sa m e
navigation m ethod to select the the desired screen ( refer to the
Menu S yste m diagra m ) .
6.1.1 CHANGING SETTINGS (EDIT MENU) 
To change a setting such as display contrast, go to the E D IT m enu
and use the + /- keys to navigate to the setting to change. O nce
this setting is displayed ( e.g. Contrast ) , press the E N TE R key to go
into the edit m ode. U se the + /- keys to change the setting, press
the E N TE R key to store the new setting.
NOTE:
If the ENTER key is not pressed to save the new set-
ting, it will only be saved temporarily. The next time
the battery is disconnected, the setting will revert
back to the old setting.
