Why is my Echo Power Pruner PPT-280 engine cranking but hard to start?

If your Echo Pole Saw engine cranks but is difficult to start or doesn't start at all, several factors could be responsible. The fuel strainer or fuel line might be clogged, requiring cleaning or replacement. A too rich fuel mixture can also be the cause, in that case you should open the choke, clean or replace the air filter and adjust the carburetor. Also, check for spark issues; if there's no spark, ensure the switch is ON, adjust to .65mm (0.026 in.), clean or replace components, and replace the plug.
