Issue Type Cause Analysis Troubleshooting
Abnormal fan
①
It is not powered on or it is
not started;
②
There are foreign matters
at the air inlet or there are dirt
deposits on the fan blades;
③
The fan is not running.
①
Check the power supply or wiring, power
on correctly to start it;

Clean the air inlet lter, and regularly wipe
away the dirt on the fan blades;

Refer to the solution in [The fan is not
running].
Abnormal
cooling
①
The cooling function is not
turned on;
②
The ambient temperature
is up to the setting;
③
The ambient temperature
is too high/too low;
④
The air inlet/outlet is
obstructed;
⑤
The compressor is not
running;
⑥
Refrigerant leakage/
obstructed pipeline.

Check whether the mode and temperature
are set correctly;

Please refer to the range of operation
temperature when using it. It is normal if the
cooling performance decreases when it is
running at high ambient temperature since
the load is high;

Remove the obstruction to ensure that the
distance between the air inlet and the wall is
> 0.5 m;

Refer to the solution in [The compressor is
not running];

If the compressor functions normally, there
may be refrigerant leakage or obstructed
pipeline. Please contact the professional staff
for maintenance.
