Conversion from 5 or 20 l canister variant to 500 ml bottle variant
When converting the 5 and 20 l canister variant to a 500 ml variant, minor adjustments
must be made.
Modify hose routing
1.
Open dosing dispenser with key (

Chapter 3 ‘Scope of delivery’ on page 17).
ð
The hose guide in the 20 l sanitizer tank becomes visible (see figure on left).
2. Remove the short dosing hose (pos. 1), coming from the pump, (
Pos. 2) from the
hose connector
.
3. Remove the long suction line including hose connector (pos. 3) from the dispenser
housing.
4. Remove the cap from the 500 ml bottle (pos. 4).
5. Guide the new bottle over the suction hose from below and ensure that the hose
hangs centrally in the bottle and is not kinked.
6. Place the bottle neck over the guide spigot
(on the underside of the sensor carrier plate).
7. Lift the bottle stop (pos. 5) so that the bottle is firmly clamped.
8. Remove the key.
9. Close dosing dispenser.
Conversion from 500 ml bottle variant to 5 or 20 l canister variant
To reactivate the dispenser with the 5 or 20 l disinfection container,
reconnect the short dosing hose (pos. 1) to the hose connector (pos. 2) and
make the connection
