The following documents must be completed:
– Returns form
– Request the form from Ecolab.
– Fill out the form correctly and in full.
– Fill in the declaration of no objection.
– Send both in advance by fax to: (+49 8662 61-258)
– System components:
– Free from all impurities (rinsed).
– Must be dispatched in suitable plastic packaging and in a box in
order to avoid any leakage of flushing water.

– The word "REPAIR" must be written on a sticker.

1.4 Packaging
The individual packages are packaged to reflect the expected transport conditions. Only
environmentally-friendly materials were used for packaging. The packaging is designed to
protect the individual components up to assembly against shipping damage, corrosion and
other damage. Do not destroy packaging and only remove it just before assembly.
