6.2 Setting the metering capacity (mechanical)

The metering capacity is adjustable by means of mechanical stroke length setting
between 100 % and 30 % of the pump's rated capacity (reproducible accuracy can no
longer be guaranteed below 30 %).
1. In order to be able to adjust the dosing capacity
, the locking screw (pos. 1) must first
be loosened by approx. one turn.
2. The adjustment is carried out via the stroke adjustment knob (pos. 2) and can only
be carried out during operation of the dosing pump.
After setting metering capacity tighten locking screw.
The pump capacity has to be measured in order to determine the metering
capacity accurately (
