  There are several reasons why your Ecolab Dispenser might not be dispensing product: * A faulty product capsule switch could be the cause. Use an ohm meter to check continuity through the switch. Note that the switch is normally open. * A bad product valve could also be the issue. This could be due to a failed solenoid diaphragm or a failed coil. If the cabinet is dispensing product, check for 24 VAC on the coil leads, removing the leads from the coil to test. If 24 VAC is present, replace the coil. If it's not present, replace the CPU module.
