How to troubleshoot Ecolab GEOCENTER Dispenser when it doesn't operate and has no power light?
    • A
      Anna LaraAug 26, 2025
First, check for 24-volt power on terminals #20 and #21. If the power is present, you should replace the Detergent Controller P.C. Board. If there's no 24-volt power at #20 and #21, check for high voltage at the machine power source. If high voltage power is available, inspect the wiring to the transformer and from the transformer to the P.C. Board, repairing or replacing as necessary. If there's no high voltage power, check the power source or try an alternate one.

What to do if Ecolab GEOCENTER Dispenser doesn't feed with both Power and Feed Lights on?
    • B
      Belinda WilliamsNov 5, 2025
Check for 24-volt power at terminals #20 and #23. If the power is absent, replace the Detergent Controller P.C. Board. If 24 volts is present, examine the valve and valve circuit. Check for 24 volts at the valve coil; if present, check the water supply to the valve. Disconnect the outlet tubing from the valve. If water flows through the valve, inspect for any blockage or restriction in the tubing leading to the reservoir, or within the reservoir spray nozzle. Note that the valve won't open if the static water pressure exceeds 120 psi; in this case, use an alternate water source or install a pressure reducing valve. If 24 volts is not present at the valve coil, there's a break in power between the P.C. Board and the valve. Tie together the 2 white wires. If detergent now feeds, the reservoi...

Why Ecolab GEOCENTER Dispenser doesn't feed with Power Light on but Feed Light off?
    • K
      katherinebautistaNov 15, 2025
Check jumper JP2 for the correct setting for the cell/sensor being used and verify the TITRATION DIP switch setting. Temporarily increase the TITRATION DIP switch setting to see if feed occurs. If a Two Pole Probe is in use, remove the wire from terminal #10. If detergent now feeds, the cell or cell wiring is shorted, requiring repair or replacement. If an S-2000 Sensor is used, temporarily remove the brown wire from terminal #15. If feed occurs, the thermistor in the sensor may have failed, necessitating sensor replacement; as a backup, the unit can be run in this condition, although temperature compensation will not function. Reset the TITRATION DIP switch according to Section 7.4. If an S-2000 Sensor is used, remove the blue and white wires from terminals #13 and #14. Temporarily place ...
