INSTALLER AND USER GUIDE FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM ECOSOFT ROBUST 1000, ROBUST 3000
1 Remove the reverse osmosis system from the box and check that all parts are inside the
bag. Do not open the bag before verifying. You will not be able to claim missing parts if the
bag is opened.
2 Shut o the water supply in place of installaon and open a water tap for 1 minute to re-
lieve pressure in the system. Then close the tap.
3 Tap feed adapter 4 into the cold water plumbing. In-
stall feed valve into the feed adapter. To avoid leaks
use PTFE seal tape.
The adapter size ts the most common ½″ pipe. If
your pipe has another size, install an appropriate
ng piece.
4 Unscrew compression nut from the feed valve
tube connecon. Slip red tube through the nut and
connect it to the feed valve tube connecon, then
screw compression nut back on ll snug. Connect
the other end of the red tube to the inlet port of
the RO system’s port rack. Push tube all the way to
the tube stop when making push-t connecons.
5 Drain saddle 5 ts most standard drain pipe. Install
the drain saddle on drain pipe as follows. Bore 5 mm
(0.2″) hole in the drain pipe, apply rubber gasket
with scky base (included in the package). Install
drain saddle on top of the gasket so that push-t t-
ng in the saddle is located precisely above the hole
in the drain pipe. Tighten nuts on drain saddle fas-
teners with a wrench. Insert black tube in the push-
t ng in drain saddle. Connect the other end of
the black tube with drain port of the RO system’s
push-t port rack.
