    • H
      hicksmatthewAug 28, 2025
If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner can't connect to the app, there might be a few reasons. First, ensure that the router's username and password you entered are correct. Second, make sure the robot is within the router's network signal coverage. Also, the robot needs to be in configuration mode. You can achieve this by ensuring the robot is powered on, then pressing the Charging Button and Spot Cleaning Button simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt. Finally, confirm you are using a 2.4GHz or 2.4/5GHz network, as the robot does not support 5G networks. Also, ensure you have downloaded the correct ECOVACS HOME App from the store.

The robot will attempt to free itself. If it cannot, manually remove the obstacles and restart it. Alternatively, the robot might be stuck under furniture. Why ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner dust collection failed?
    • C
      Christina LarsenSep 7, 2025
Dust collection failure in your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner could be due to a couple of reasons. The Auto-Empty Station might detect low dust collection efficiency. If this happens, replace the dust bag and close the Auto-Empty Station cover. If the app indicates the dust bag is not full, try reinstalling it. Another possible cause is a blocked dust box outlet. If so, take out the 2 in 1 Module and clean the dust box outlet.
