Manifold, Low Pressure
adjustment is incorrect.
Check gas valve pressures. (See Chapter 5,
System setup). Cycle power to clear the
alarm
(See Chapter 7, Troubleshooting flowchart)

Check for 5VDC between P6.10 (Red/Wht)
and P6.9 (Black). If missing, replace the
Control Board
Motor is bound (may occur
during shipping)
This condition produces a “Belt Low Speed”
error. Measure DCV between P6.9 (Black)
to P6.5 / P6.4 / P6.3. If a measurement is
5VDC, the motor is bound. With the motor
unplugged, attempt to rotate the shaft with a
wrench. If the problem is unresolved,
replace the motor.
This condition produces a “Belt Jam” error.
Free the conveyor motor from the drive
chain. If the problem is resolved, locate, and
correct the belt obstruction.
❖ iHeat System
The iHeat module is available on modulating ovens only. This module is responsible for modulating
the gas supplied to the burner, monitoring, and modulating the burner blower speed, and assisting in
troubleshooting by means of diagnostic LEDs. These diagnostic LEDs are as follows:
The iHeat module is powered and operating
The thermostatic loop is present and within an acceptable range
The thermostatic loop is missing or below the normal level
The valve output is active and operating normally
The valve output has been deactivated due to another error
The valve output is in a special state (Low Fire or Recovery mode)
The Induction Blower Motor is active and operating normally
TACH return signal is outside of tolerance or missing
Special mode (Blower CAL) is active or DIP settings are not correct
