  There could be several reasons why you are unable to connect to your Edimax Security Camera. First, ensure that the IP address setting of your computer is in the same subnet as the camera. The IP address used to connect to the camera must be correct. If you've forgotten the IP address, reset the camera to its factory default value (192.168.2.3) by pressing and holding the reset button for 5 seconds. Also, verify that the camera is correctly powered on and that the video and HTTP ports used by the camera are not blocked by a firewall, especially when connecting from the Internet.
