8.5.1.3 Linux/Unix
The server is available for TCP/IP printing by Unix/Linux LPD (Line Printer
Daemon) protocol. This section explains how to set the server with the LPD
protocol in the Unix/Linux system. The following procedures are running in the
Fedora Core 4 system.
1. Select “Printing” from “System Settings”.
2. Click “New” to add the printer with the server.
