4.4 Assembly of eccentric shaft
The eccentric shaft (12 - 20) is assembled in the re-
verse order:
Before screwing on bearing cover (21), coat all
sliding surfaces in the dehider head with EFA
Special Grease (50)!
Install eccentric shaft (12 - 20) in the bearing
cover until it bottoms and then install com-
pletely in the housing (1).
5. Maintenance
Malfunctions may occur during operation, but
these are generally relatively simple to remedy.
Table 1: "Troubleshooting" lists these malfunc-
tions with possible causes and resulting potential
remedies.
Have all work carried out only by
qualified, trained specialist per-
sonnel.

Handle iced 6. Air pressure set too high Adjust to 6 - 8 bar
Machine does not start
