3.1.3 Keys
Menu selection
The UPS is switched on by simultaneously pressing this key with the menu
down key for approx. 3 seconds. The UPS is switched to test operation by
simultaneously pressing this key with the menu up key for approx. 3 seconds.
In the battery backup mode (mains failure), the acoustic signal provider can be
switched off by simultaneously pressing the menu up key.
Menu down (cursor key)
The UPS is switched on by simultaneously pressing this key with the menu
selection key for approx. 3 seconds. The UPS is switched off by simultaneously
pressing this key with the menu up key for approx. 3 seconds. You can scroll
through the menu (display) by pressing the key once.
Menu up (cursor key)
The UPS is switched off by simultaneously pressing this key with the menu
up key for approx. 3 seconds. The UPS is switched to test operation by simul-
taneously pressing this key with the menu selection key for approx. 3 seconds.
You can scroll through the menu (display) by pressing the key once.
The device is not started or switched off completely if the "ON/OFF" key com-
bination is not pressed for a sufficiently long time. Where the mains supply is
still switched on via the fuse (placed on the back of the UPS), the charging unit
also remains active after shutting down the UPS.
