Problem

The UPS is in bypass
operation, the "Fault"

Shut down the UPS,
remove the connected
loads and inform our
service team.

The DC link of the
UPS does not work
correctly.
Shut down the UPS,
remove the connected
users and inform our
service team.
The bridging period is
shorter than the nomi-
nal value.
The accumulators are
not completely
charged or individual
accumulators are
defective.
Charge the accumula-
tors for more than 8
hours and repeat the
test. If the problem
continues, the accu-
mulators are to be
replaced.
The UPS appears OK,
the loads do not work.
The connection be-
tween the UPS and
the loads is defective.
Check the connection
and confirm this by a
voltage measurement.
If the UPS error you have observed cannot be found in the table, please inform
our service team and have the following information at your disposal:
1. Model number, serial number
2. Date on which the problem occurred
3. Detailed description of the problem
