76. When lying on your back, be sure your head is supported on the Glideboard (G). If the
Glideboard (G) travels all the way to the top or bottom of its rolling distance during the
exercise, adjust your body up or down on the Glideboard (G).

77. Grasp Handles (U), then make a fist and place your knuckles at the top of the Glideboard (G) to
anchor it in place. Now it is safe to sit, straddle or kneel on the Glideboard (G).
78. When kneeling on the Glideboard (G), place knees one at a time just behind your fists
as you face the Glideboard (G).
79. Move to the starting position of the exercise and begin by using slow, controlled movements.
Always control the Glideboard (G) while mounting or dismounting your PowerTower
TM
. PowerTower is rated at a
maximum user weight capacity of 350 lbs [160 kg] . Additional weights can be applied with a weight bar to
the Glideboard (G). Do not exceed 650 lb [295 kg] of weight-bearing on the PowerTower.
