Second, verify that the Bluetooth® interface is activated on your mobile phone (the "Automatic" option might not be sufficient; switch it to "On"). Third, your mobile phone might require confirmation of the connection; confirm the connection on your phone or deactivate the security prompt in your phone's settings. Finally, one of the devices might no longer have a valid link key; in this case, delete the other device from both devices’ lists of coupled devices and perform a new coupling.
