tester.
Pullout

the
breakage.

so,
replace.
Check Power
cord
socket
whether

be damaged
apparently.

so,
replace.
Check
the
line
voltage
and
the
output
voltage
on
Transformer
terminal.
If
the
output
voltage
could
not
be
approved,
replace
Transformer.
Check
Micro
switch
SW8
whether
could
not
operate
due
to
loosenness
of
attaching
screw.
Check
the
breakage
of
Micro
switch
SW7,
SWS
by a
tester.
Check
the
breakage
of
Condenser
(19
MFD,
125WV).
If
so,
replace.

the
breakage
of
the
coil
of

stator.
If
so,
replace
Motor
assy.
Check
the
breakage

During
rewinding
1200
ft.
reel,
Drive
P-IO,ll
belt
would
be
off
Clutch
gum
roller
(1)
and
also
captured
between
Clutch
gum
roller
(1)
and
Clutch
lever
(2)
assy.
Consequently,
Motor
could
not
run.
If
so,
hang
Drive
belt
properly
and
adjust
the
position
of
Idler
to
increase
the
tension.
