Elvie Stride (Single) comes with one (24 mm) Breast Shield size. If required,
21 mm or 28 mm Breast Shields are available to purchase separately.
Elvie Stride (Double) comes with two (21mm & 24 mm) Breast Shield sizes.
If required, 28 mm Breast Shields are available to purchase separately.
The Breast Shield creates a seal between your nipple and the pump, and it
is therefore important it fits well.
To check your size:
1. Put the Breast Shield on with the sizing symbol facing upwards, and place your
nipple in the center of the fit lines
2. The fit lines should align with the outside of your nipple
3. To comfortably pump on both sides, repeat this process for both nipples to
ensure you have the correct Breast Shield size for each nipple
