If you have problem operating your Portable Karaoke System, use this chart to determine the problem
and find possible solutions.

OTHERS
The karaoke system does
not work.
No sound or No Voice
No song lyrics appear on
screen.
(MAKE SURE THAT THE
DISC CONTAINS GRAPHICS
OR IMAGES)
ex) CD+G, MP3+G
The disc skips or will not play
No power
MASTER VOLUME or MIC
VOLUME is set to the lowest
setting.
Video cable is not connected
properly to the TV.
The disc is loaded upside down.
The disc is dirty or defective.
Moisture has condensed on the
pick up lens.
Make sure the properly
plugged into an AC outlet.
Increase MASTER VOLUME
or MIC VOLUME.
Connect the video cable
from player's VIDEO OUT
to the TVs VIDEO IN.
Set AV source selector to
connected AV IN on TV/
Monitor.
Reload the disc.
Clean the disc, or try a
different disc.
Unplug the system and with
1 hour for the moisture to
evaporate.
MUTE on.
Select MUTE off.
USB Doesn't Work
Remote Controller
Doesn't Work
Check Your USB, We can’t
guarantee to read & play for the
un-authorized USB memory.
No Battery.
Battery Run Out.
Please check with your local
memory dealer.
Try a different USB brand.
Put 2 AAA Battery.
Change Battery.
Bad Microphone or connection.
Contact MIC Dealer or Check
MIC cable connection.
No guitar sound
Volume of guitar
Volume of player
Bad connection
Check guitar volume
Check guitar input volume
on side panel.
Check guitar cable or
jack and connection.
External speaker no sound
INT/EXT switch
Bad connection
Check INT/EXT switch on
rear panel, should be EXT
for external speaker

AUX in no sound
AUX/MIX/INT Switch
Bad Connection
Check AUX/MIX/INT switch
on rear panel, should be AUX
or MIX for AUX IN.
Check Cable and cable
connection.
