EMS en de leverancier van dit product aanvaarden
geen aansprakelijkheid voor rechtstreeks letsel,
gevolgletsel of schade die het gevolg is van onjuist
gebruik, met name door het zich niet houden aan
de gebruiksinstructies of onjuiste voorbereiding
en onderhoud.
Contra-indicaties: Ultrasound trillingen
kunnen de werking van pacemakers en debrillators
verstoren. Wij adviseren daarom om patiënten met
een pacemaker of debrillator niet met dit product
te behandelen.
Gebruik het product uitsluitend waar het voor
bedoeld is. Zorg vóór gebruik van het product dat
de gebruiksinstructies aandachtig bestudeerd zijn.
Dit is ook van toepassing op andere apparatuur
of onderdelen die in combinatie met dit product
gebruikt worden. Niet volgen van de gebruiksaan-
wijzing kan leiden tot ernstig letsel van de patiënt
of gebruiker of tot beschadiging van het product.
Explosiegevaar: gebruik dit product niet in de
aanwezigheid van ontvlambare narcosemiddelen
of gassen.
Om dit medische apparaat te bedienen
is geen andere specieke opleiding vereist dan
de oorspronkelijke beroepsopleiding. De arts is
verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de klinische
behandeling en voor ieder gevaar dat kan ontstaan
door een gebrek aan vaardigheid en/of opleiding.

nikakvu odgovornost za izravnu ili posljedičnu
ozljedu ili oštećenje koji su posljedica nepropisne
uporabe, a posebice nepoštivanja radnih uputa ili
nepropisne pripreme i održavanja.
Kontraindikacije: ultrazvučne oscilacije
mogu prouzročiti smetnje u radu pace makera i
debrilatora. Stoga se ne preporučuje tretiranje
ovim uređajem pacijenata s pace makerom ili
debrilatorom.
Rabite samo u predviđenu svrhu. Prije
uporabe proizvoda obavezno pažljivo proučite
upute za rad. Ovo također vrijedi za svu ostalu
opremu koja se rabi uz ovaj proizvod. Nepoštivanje
radnih uputa može rezultirati time da pacijent ili
korisnik pretrpe ozbiljnu ozljedu, ili da se ošteti
proizvod.
Rizik od eksplozije: Nemojte rabiti ovaj
proizvod u prisutnosti zapaljivih anestetika ili
plinova.
Nije potrebno proći nikakvu posebnu
obuku, osim početne osobne obuke, kako biste
upotrebljavati ovaj medicinski uređaj. Liječnik snosi
odgovornost za obavljanje kliničkoga liječenja i bilo
kakve opasnosti kojima se izlaže zbog nedostatka
vještina i/ili obuke.

EMS and the distributor of this product accept no
liability for direct or consequential injury or damage
resulting from improper use, arising in particular
through non-observance of the operating instruc-
tions, or improper preparation and maintenance.
Contraindication: ultrasonic oscillations may
prevent cardiac pace makers and debrillators from
functioning properly. Therefore, we recommend that
patients with a cardiac pace maker or a debrillator
should not be treated with this product.
Use for the intended purpose only. Before
using the product, make sure the operating instruc-
tions have been carefully studied. This also applies
to any equipment used with this product. Failure
to observe the operating instructions may result in
the patient or user suffering serious injury or the
product being damaged.
Risk of explosion: do not use this product in
the presence of inammable anaesthetics or gases.
No specic training other than initial profes-
sional training is required to use this medical device.
The practitioner is responsible for performing the
clinical treatments and for any dangers that may
arise due to a lack of skill and/or training.
