This guide is for the Ender-3 Pro 3D printer.
Select the correct input voltage to match your
local mains (230V or 115V).
Because of software/hardware upgrades and
model differences, new revisions may not be
listed in this guide.
Please plug the Power cord into a three-hole
power jack.
Detailed instructions for use are available on
the SD card.

Ender-3 Pro 3 D Printer Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Bill of Materials (BOM)

Identify and inspect all parts listed in the Bill of Materials for the Ender-3 Pro 3D printer.

Step 2: Install Aluminum Extrusions

Attach the main aluminum extrusions (L and R) to the printer's base (Ba) using screws and washers.

Step 3: Install Power Supply and Screen

Mount the switching power supply unit (P) and the operation screen assembly (S) to the printer base.

Step 4: Install Z-Axis Limit Switch

Mount the Z-axis limit switch assembly (ZI) onto the aluminum profile of the printer's base.

Step 5: Install Z-Axis Motor

Attach the Z-axis motor assembly (Zm) and connect the T8 Acme lead screw to the coupling.

Step 6: Prepare X-Axis Bearing

Gather and prepare all necessary components for the X-axis bearing installation.

Step 7: Assemble X-Axis (Part 1)

Assemble the aluminum profile (B1) with the extrusion assembly (E) and install the timing belt.

Step 8: Assemble X-Axis (Part 2)

Install the belt tensioner assembly (K1) and adjust the X-axis belt tension.

Step 9: Assemble X, Z Bearings

Mount the X-axis assembly onto the base (Ba) and ensure smooth vertical movement.

Step 10: Fix the Gantry Frame

Attach the aluminum profiles (B2) to form the gantry frame and secure end caps.

Step 11: Install Rack

Install the plastic tube (R1) and sheet metal bracket (R2) for the rack system.

Step 12: Connect Tubes and Wires

Connect all wire harnesses and the PTFE Bowden tube according to the diagram.
