• Glass membrane blocked or dry
• Junction blocked
Remedy:
• Clean sensor and regenerate
• Replace sensor

Possible reasons:
• Sensor too old
• Sensor dry intermittently
• Buffer value not constant
Remedy:
• Check sensor, replace if necessary
• Check buffer
