4.1.3 General installation instructions
NOTICE
Damage to the device.
‣
To ensure correct monitoring, the sensor must be installed in a way that produces a fully
developed flow profile.
‣
Stabilization sections (5x DN) must be provided in the pipe downstream from a pump, pipe
elbows, internal fixtures and cross-sectional changes.
NOTICE
Damage to the device.
‣
Do not turn the device into the process connection thread at the housing→  10.
‣
Always install the device at the wrench flats.
‣
Use a suitable open-ended wrench →  10.
‣
The local display can be rotated electronically by 180 °→  17.
‣
The top housing section can be rotated mechanically by up to 310 °.
