

CODES

InCanada:

1. TheinstallationofthisunitshallbeinaccordancewiththelatesteditionoftheCanadianElectrical
Code,Part1–C.S.A.StandardC22.1,ProvincialandLocalCodes,andinaccordancewiththelocal
authoritieshavingjurisdiction.
2. ThisunitshallbeelectricallygroundedinaccordancewiththelatesteditionoftheCanadianElectrical
Code,Part1–C.S.A.StandardC22.1,ProvincialandLocalCodes,andinaccordancewiththelocal
authoritieshavingjurisdiction.
3. TheinstallationofthisunitshallbeinaccordancewiththelatesteditionoftheCanadianNaturalGas
andPropaneInstallationCode,C.S.A.StandardB149.1,ProvincialandLocalCodes,andinaccordance
withthelocalauthoritieshavingjurisdiction.
4. TheinstallationofthisunitshallbeinaccordancewiththelatesteditionoftheNationalPlumbingCode
ofCanada,ProvincialandLocalCodes,andinaccordancewiththelocalauthoritieshavingjurisdiction.
5. TheinstallationofthisunitshallbeinaccordancewithallotherNational,ProvincialandLocalCodes,
andinaccordancewiththelocalauthoritieshavingjurisdiction.

InUSA:

1. TheinstallationofthisunitshallbeinaccordancewiththelatesteditionoftheNationalElectrical
Code(ANSI/NFPA70),StateandLocalCodesandinaccordancewiththelocalauthoritieshaving
jurisdiction.
2. ThisunitshallbeelectricallygroundedinaccordancewiththelatesteditionoftheNational
ElectricalCode(ANSI/NFPA70),StateandLocalCodesandinaccordancewiththelocalauthorities
havingjurisdiction.
3. Iftheunithasnotbeenprovidedwithanelectricdisconnectswitch,oneofadequateampacity
