INSTALLING THE ENGINE ASSEMBLY ONTO CART ASSEMBLY
Once the cart has been completed remove the Engine from the packaging and inspect for damage, if damage is
noticed, stop and have any or all components replaced before continuing with the assembly of this Gas Grill.
NOTE: PLEASE REMOVE ANY PLASTIC PROTECTIVE COATINGS FROM STAINLESS STEEL MATERIALS
BEFORE LIGHTING THIS APPLIANCE.
PARTS REQUIRED FOR ENGINE INSTALLATION.
1-Completed Cart assembly.
1-Pre assembled Burner assembly (Engine).
Using the Grill Removal tool, remove the cooking grids and the flame deflectors from the unit. This will make the
unit a little lighter and easier to install. A second person could be required to place the Engine assembly onto
the finished cart.
Align the Burner (Engine) assembly onto the Cart assembly

between the cooking grids
and turn 90 degrees and pull
cooking grill out using this
tool.
