INSTALLING SIDE SHELVES AND SIDE BURNER (IF INSTALLED)
PARTS REQUIRED FOR SIDE SHELF AND SIDE BURNER INSTALLATION.
1-Rolling cart with engine and lid attached.
4- formed side shelf supports.
1-side shelf (condiment tray, left side only or right side)
1-side shelf with side burner (MUST BE INSTALLED ON RIGHT SIDE) ONLY
4 lock washers. (per side)
6-1/4” x 1/2” stainless steel bolts
1 Attach two (2) support brackets
(formed edges pointing in), onto the
front and rear of the side panels
using 4 (four) 1/4 x 1/2” stainless
steel bolts, thread bolts into pre
installed threaded inserts.
STAINLESS STEEL OR
CORIAN CUTTING
BOARD.
BOTTOM OF THE SIDE
SHELF TO BE INSTALLED
INTO THE SIDE SHELF.
SECURE THIS BOTTOM
WITH THE FOUR BOLTS,
NUTS, LOCK WASHERS
SUPPLIED.
SIDE SHELF.
2 Place the side shelf onto the support
brackets drop the bottom into the
shelf and install 4(four) 1/4” x 1/2”
bolts, nuts and lock washers through
the holes provided in both the top of
the support brackets and the base of
the side shelves.
DO NOT TIGHTEN THESE BOLTS
ENTIRELY, THIS WILL HELP WITH
ALIGNMENT FOR NEXT STEP
3 Install 2 (two) 1/4” x 1/2” bolts
through the side of the side shelf into
the pre threaded inserts already
installed in the side of the engine
assembly.
4 Tighten all fasteners.
