Follow these steps to access the printer driver settings from
Program Manager:
1. Open the Main program group and double-click the Control
Panel icon.
2. Double-click the Printers icon.
3. Choose your printer from the Installed Printers list.
4. Choose Setup. You see the Main menu of the printer settings
window.

How to check the settings
Be sure to check the settings through your application before
printing in case your application overrides your settings. Click
Print on the File menu, and click Properties, Options, Printer,
or Setup. Click the Main tab if necessary.
