For thick paper, use paper that is 163 gsm or less, and for thin paper, use paper that is 60 gsm or more. If using envelopes, load them correctly in the MPF as instructed. Correct any deformed envelopes or use another envelope. If performing manual duplex printing, ensure the print media is not curled. Fan the print media, and if it's damp, turn it over or use print media that is not damp.
