Lay Sheet 1 on Sheet 2 so that the × marks align.
Place tape on the back to hold it temporarily.

Cut along the vertical line (red) joining the left
sides of the × marks.

Stick the paper together by placing tape on the
back.

Stick Sheet 3 and Sheet 4 together.
Repeat steps 1 and 4.

Cut along the horizontal line (blue) that
intersects the × marks on Sheet 1 and Sheet 2.
G
Lay Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 on Sheet 3 and Sheet 4 so
that the × marks align. Place tape on the back to
hold it temporarily.
H
Cut along the horizontal line (red) joining the top
sides of the × marks.
I
Stick the paper together by placing tape on the
back.
