3. Click Maintenance.
You see a screen like this:
4. You can check the scanner roller counter by reading the number in the Number of Scans field. If the
number of scans exceeds the Life Cycle of the rollers, it is time to replace the rollers.
5. Click OK.

Replacing the Scanner Rollers
Replace the scanner rollers after you have scanned 100,000 times. Check the scanner roller counter to
see when you need to replace the rollers.
1. Turn off the scanner.
2. Unplug the AC adapter.
3. Disconnect any connected cables.
