Jam B or Jam C (C is part of an option)
This message indicates that there may be a paper jam inside cover
B or C.
1. Open the indicated cover (B or C on left side of the printer).
2. Carefully remove any paper you find jammed inside the
cover. If you do not find any, paper may be jammed in another
area.
3. Close the cover.
4. When the paper jam is cleared completely, the jammed page’s
print data is automatically reprinted.
If the control panel indicates another area, clear the paper jam
there.
