This message indicates that there may be a paper jam in
optional lower paper cassette 4 or 5.
1. Pull out the indicated cassette (lower paper cassette
4 or 5).
2. Remove any wrinkled or folded sheets.
3. Tap the edges of the paper stack on a flat surface.
Then reload the paper in the lower cassette, making
sure it is evenly aligned and rests below the
maximum paper mark.
