Paper Jam Problems
5. Carefully remove any envelopes that have fed part
way into the printer.
6. Reinstall the removed feeder and reinsert the
envelopes.
Jam D (D is part of an option)
This message indicates that paper jam may be occurring
inside of cover D, or the optional Multibin Unit.
1. Open cover D on left side of the optional Multibin
Unit.
2. Carefully remove any paper you find jammed in
cover D or the Multibin Unit.
