This section only provides information which is specific to the LQ-2180.
For other information, refer to the LQ-2170 Service Manual.
1.2.2.1 Parallel Interface (Forward Channel)
† Transmission mode: IEEE-1284 compatibility mode
† Signal level: TTL compatible
(IEEE-1284 level 1 device)
† Pin assignment: The pin assignment (forward channel) is
the same as for the LQ-2170 except for
the functions of the pins below:

† Transmission mode: IEEE-1284 nibble mode
† Synchronization: Refer to the IEEE-1284 specification
† Handshaking: Refer to the IEEE-1284 specification
† Signal level: IEEE-1284 level 1 device
† Data transmission timing: Refer to the IEEE-1284 specification
† Device ID:
† Pin assignment: The pin assignment (reverse channel) is
