Accessing the printer driver from the Start menu
Follow these steps to access the printer driver from the Start menu:

The screen shots used in this procedure are from the Windows 10 operating system. The content on the
screen and the following steps may vary depending on your computer’s environment.
1. Click on the Start button, and then select Windows System > Control Panel > View devices
and printers in Hardware and Sound.
2. Right-click your printer icon, and click Printing Preferences. The screen displays the Paper/
Quality, Layout, User Defined Paper and Extension menus. These menus display the printer
driver settings.
