Scanning Using a Scanner Button
You can scan using the feature corresponding to each button.
Note:
Check the following before scanning.
❏ Epson ScanSmart and scanner driver (Epson Scan 2) are installed on your computer
❏ e scanner is connected to your computer and it is turned on
1. Place your originals.
2. Press one of the following buttons.
Epson ScanSmart starts and scans according to the set operation.
❏ Press the
button (
A
) to save the scanned image in PDF format.
❏ Press the
button (
B
) to start the email client on your computer, and then automatically attach scanned
images to an email.
❏ Press the
button (
C
) to print (copy) scanned originals on a printer connected to the computer.
❏ Press the
button (
D
) to scan by editing scanned images and specifying how they should be saved.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to save the scanned image.
