Why are Epson applications no longer displayed from the computer screen when the multi-screen display function is executed?
    • P
      Patricia BanksSep 12, 2025
If applications disappear from the computer screen when the multi-screen display function is active, it may be because EPSON Virtual Display is running another application on the virtual display. In this case, turn EPSON Virtual Display off in Screen properties.

What to do if an e-mail message is not sent when a problem occurs with an Epson Software projector?
    • A
      Andrew KnoxAug 23, 2025
If an e-mail message isn't being sent when a problem occurs with an Epson projector, check that the SMTP server IP address, Port Number, and Recipient mail address have all been set correctly. Also, ensure the projector's Standby Mode is set to Communication On (or Network On) or Network Monitoring is set to On in the configuration menu. If a critical problem has caused the projector to momentarily stop working, it cannot send e-mail messages; in this case, if the projector cannot be reset even after it has been checked, contact Epson.

Why am I getting an error message when starting up Epson EasyMP Slide Converter?
    • A
      amy43Aug 26, 2025
If you receive an error message when starting the Epson EasyMP Slide Converter, it could be due to several reasons. First, your operating system might not be compatible, so you should update it to the required version or install the software under a supported OS. Second, PowerPoint 2002 or a later version might not be installed; reinstall EasyMP Slide Converter after installing PowerPoint. Also, close PowerPoint before converting the file, as running PowerPoint can interfere with the conversion process. Finally, ensure you have write access to the specified folder and sufficient space on the drive to save the file or transfer the scenario. Delete unnecessary files to free up space if needed.

What to do if I cannot play scenarios in Epson Software?
    • J
      Jason WatsonAug 27, 2025
If you cannot play scenarios, it may be because the projector's resolution is XGA, while the scenario is set for WXGA (1280 x 800 dots). To resolve this, convert the PowerPoint file to an XGA (1024 x 768 dots) scenario file before projecting.

What to do when an Epson connection is made using EasyMP Network Projection, the projected image remains as it is, and a connection cannot be made from another computer?
    • T
      Teresa PerkinsSep 6, 2025
When a connection is made using EasyMP Network Projection, the projected image remains as it is, and a connection cannot be made from another computer. With EasyMP Network Projection, the computer currently connected can be disconnected when another computer tries to connect to the projector. Therefore, when a Projector Keyword is not set for the projector, or if you know the Projector Keyword, you can disconnect the computer currently connected and then connect your computer to the projector. When a Projector Keyword is set for the projector and you do not know the Projector Keyword, restart the projector and reconnect.
