How to change the platen
position
A
Loosen the fixing lever.
B
Operate the platen gap lever while checking the
printer’s screen.
When the screen displays P, the platen is at its
highest position; the platen position lowers as the
number increases.
Moving the lever in the counterclockwise
direction increases the numbers, which lowers
the platen position.
Moving the lever in the clockwise direction
decreases the numbers, which raises the platen
position.
C
Tighten the fixing lever, and then secure the
platen gap lever.
